He received his Masters In Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He was the President of Protect Your Environment and Co-Founder of NYPIRG at Capital District Colleges. He edited and produced films and pamphlets featuring environmental world leaders at The Institute of Man and Science for WMHT channel 17. He was the Vice President of Sales Engineers at Advance Energy Technology for over 8 years, working with Zeroenergy Technologies. He organized the first-ever NYS Energy Conference in 1975 and build a building receiving the International Solar Energy Society Award in cooperation with ASRC and worked with Solar X Corporation on P.V., and established 52 wholesalers around the country called Suntron Wholesalers. Stephen is a national leader in sustainable architecture and town planning. He is the founder of Town-Green, a firm representing 'green urbanists' who offer a comprehensive approach to resilient community planning and urban design. He is co-founder of the National Charette Institute, a non-profit organization that trains professionals in the art and practice of facilitating collaborative planning. Steve, who has lectured widely and published numerous articles on sustainable planning, is currently writing 'The Sustainable Community Guidebook'. He has worked with Envelope Design Buildings and Zeroenergy Buildings Inc since the late 1970's designing and building projects with Kevork George Keleshian. He has also built unprecedented energy-efficient and environmentally compatible structures throughout the United States. He is the Division Head of Zeroenergy™ Communities. He founded IUI in 1998 and has led the successful development of the IUI inverters since then. He has over 50 years of experience in R&D related to electrical machines such as motors, generators, magnetic devices, and power electronics. Prior to forming IUI, he was the president of Electro Magnetic Technoilogy Inc. where he developed a 50,000 RPM 1,000 HP permanent magnetic door motor and its drive electronics. He has consulted on many R&D organizations including Plug Power Inc., General Dynamics, TRW, and Mechanizal Technology Inc. He holds several patents and has published numerous articles. He was recognized by NASA for his creative development of a novel generator for space application. Dr. Bhate is the Co-chair of Zeroenergy™ Walk-in Coolers/ Freezers & co-patent holder of totally off-the-grid walk-in cooler and freezer units. He also serves as the Co-division head of Zeroenergy™ Solar P.V. As one of the top electrical engineers in the world, he does layout, design, and coordination with our installers, for submission to NYSERDA and the building department, for our Zeroenergy™ Solar P.V. projects.

Strategic Communications Consultant, George Vorsheim, recently stepped away from leadership at Environment One Corporation (E/One) after 38 years, where he served as Director of Marketing and Communications. E/One manufactures and provides products and services for the water resources and power generation industries. A graduate of Trinity University in Texas, Mr. Vorsheim served as a research analyst in the Caribbean Basin and Southern Africa. While a graduate student at Princeton, he enthusiastically joined in the formative stages of the renewable energy industry, launching SOLAIR Corporation. He currently serves as a federal advisor for the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Environmental Technologies Trade Advisory Committee (ETTAC), and appears on the masthead as a Senior Contributing Editor at CommARCH (Commercial Architecture magazine), and as a member of Water & Wastes Digest’s Editorial Advisory Board. Mr. Vorsheim's work has featured in trade and mass media outlets ranging from The Wall Street Journal to Popular Science and Professional Builder magazines, as well as Good Morning America, CNN, Headline News, and USA Today. He has been an active member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Water and Wastewater Equipment Manufacturers Association (WWEMA) and is proud to have received the New York Water Environment Association Education Award for the Most Successful Water Environment Federation Adopt-A-School Program in the Nation during his time at E/One. Eric was a leader with environmental One corporation as the head of Solar Design and production for 17 years. He is an expert installer and trouble-shooter for both commercial and residential-thermosyphon solar systems, active flat plate solar systems, and evacuated tube systems. He was a part of the team that has a US Patent for the Environment One Indoor Grinder Pump. He is involved in the new product development and improvements and is currently working on a solar-P.V. grinder pump. Owner of Chuck Russo Heating & Air Conditioning LLC, which has operated since 1994, Mr. Chuck Russo has over 30 years of experience in the installation and service of geothermal heating and cooling systems. He is a graduate of RPI with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. Chuck is an IGSHPA (International Ground Source Heat Pump Association) accredited installer; NYSERDA Building Performance Institute (BPI) contractor, RSES (Refrigeration NATE Certified Technician Competition held in Baltimore, MD. Service Engineers Society certificate member and NATE (North America Technical Excellence) certified technician, being one of the top 7 finalists in the country in the 2006 Comfortech competition. He serves as head of our geothermal projects.

Enzo Sofia worked as a Lead Civil Structural Engineer and Senior Structural Engineer for General Electric over his 27-year tenure. He also presently serves as the principal of his own company, Sofia Engineering LLC. He is the structural engineer for Solar P.V. Commercial, Solar P.V. Residential, and Solar Farms for Zeroenergy Buildings inc. He has been working with our CEO, George Keleshian for over 40 years now, and Enzo Sofia even helped with the engineering stamping on Solarview Estates.
